1. Shipping Destinations
Canada & USA: We ship to all provinces, territories, and states within Canada and the United States.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
3. Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

6. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, there may be circumstances beyond our control that cause delays, such as:

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
9. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
